Participated in the study and drafting of national legislation and international agreements, along with the study of many international agreements, the most important of which are:
- Agreement on Trade-Related Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights (TRIPS).
- The (Bern) Convention for the Protection of Literary and Artistic Works.
- The Paris Convention for the Protection of Industrial Property.
- Executive Regulations of the United Nations Convention against Illicit Traffic in Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances
- Participated in the specialized committees of the Saudi Experts Authority to set many rules and regulations.
- Participated in WIPO seminars for the protection of intellectual property rights in the United States of America, Geneva and the Arab countries.
- Participated in seminars of the US Patent and Trademark Office in Washington.
- Participated in a symposium on the judicial aspects of the protection of intellectual property rights, held in Riyadh
